sixty beats per minute
tranquility transcending my mind
our sacred instrument
that flows between
you and I
when fine tuned
share the same radiant energy,
so what good is comparing
in a state of higher conscious living?
It just does not exist,
so let us drop the silly ego tricks and trips
and see one another as the other
and love each other
because we are mirroring reflections of one another
As a business owner, I am asked to show up in a big way everyday. The challenges are endless and after three years have become part of the fun. I do not see success in monetary value, nor in titles of ownership. Success to me is seeing every expression throughout the day as a means to maintain that blissful state that is within.
OM MANI PADME HUM
Now, a taste from the East:
Manipura is our center of connecting with the self that is courageous, and it is going to take great courage to endure the emotional and mental hang ups while pursuing higher conscious living.
What is higher conscious living?
Higher conscious living is seeing every act in your day as an opportunity to stay in the moment; your personal Sadhana, having standards for yourself to measure your success by that continues to grow a peaceful state of mind.
Why make the pursuit?
To taste enduring joy that comes from within and leads to peace and purpose in life.
This type of living, way, or being requires flexibility, gentleness, and patience with yourself because it is a path that requires dedication and consistency, and the path goes through fluxes or waves of focus and lack of focus.
To connect with this center, manipura, chant the beej mantra: Ram which is pronounced: Rhaaam. It is important to feel the vibration behind the word. Mantra is simply song, so sing Ram to yourself throughout the day to connect with the courage of authentic being. Hum the sound internally or aloud with a smile because you are making an effort that is worth smiling about!
